Material covered includes the essay question: what is a well written essay answer, organizing your essay, practice essay questions and sample answers. There is no quiz for this module.

Georgette Bevan, CCE is the Director of Education with NACM Business Credit Services in Salt Lake City , Utah . Georgette considers herself a product of the NACM Education and Professional Designation programs, and a Business Credit Education Groupie. After achieving the Certified Credit Executive designation, she continued on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Georgette has 20 years of active duty in credit management in the chemical (plastics) industry. Georgette has been earnestly engaged in coaching, mentoring and leading NACM Professional Designation review classes for the members of NACM Business Credit Services in Salt Lake City since receiving her CCE designation. She believes that "it takes a village" or affiliation of mentors to raise a CCE.
Scott Lee, Esq., CPA, CCE is the Vice President of NACM Business Credit Services in Salt Lake City , Utah . Scott is licensed to practice law in California and Utah and practiced for 20 years prior to joining NACM. Scott also has an MBA and is a CPA. Scott is a prior presenter at NACM Western Regional Conference. He has taught college accounting and business law courses. Prior to law school he functioned as the controller for a large leasing company.
Susan Lujan, CCE is the Corporate Credit Director of Kenworth Sales Company. She started as a credit clerk and grew up in the credit profession while obtaining her degree and her professional designations. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree – cum laude, in Business Management and Marketing, and is an instructor at Salt Lake Community College in Economics and Finance. Her credit passions are mentoring and stopping credit card fraud in her industry. She is a successful and popular speaker at her affiliate, and has been a presenter at the Western Regional Conference and at National Credit Congress. Susan has been associated with NACM Business Credit Services since 1989.
